WATCH VIDEOS ON-DEMAND
- On the GRIP platform, go to event agenda on your desktop (don’t use any mobile device).
- Add the sessions you want to watch to your schedule.
- Then simply go back to your schedule, click on the session you want to watch then Watch Session Recording.
- Other videos are also available in the Cyberspace area

NETWORKING
- Complete your profile. The more information you provide, the more intuitive the networking matching will be! 💫 AI algorithms are used to recommend people you will likely want to speak with.
- Go to the network section to view your recommendations and start networking. Check the profiles, click interested or skip. If the person is also interested, a chat button with appear and you can start messaging each other.

The platform uses natural language processing, advanced algorithms and deep neural networks to constantly learn about your professional goals and interests. The app takes the work out of networking through intelligent matchmaking – making it more fun and giving you a higher return on your time.
What are the benefits? +
The matchmaking app allows you to network with other attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.

It can take up to 24 hours for your registration details to be available in the app.

How do I find networking opportunities? +
The platform uses natural language processing and advanced algorithms to recommend networking opportunities. Alternatively, use the search bar to research by contact name, city, country, company name, company type (Startup, Consultant/Solutions provider, Academic, Student, Corporate/Enterprise, Investor) to find the people you’d like to connect with. You will then be notified on the platform and by email of any messages and interests..
Where will my meetings take place? +
Connect on the GRIP matchmaking event app . You’ll also be able to chat and arrange a video call with all those valuable contacts on the Hopin live and on-demand event platform networking area during the event.
What details of mine are displayed in the platform? +
The platform will display your professional information including name, job title and company. Information such as telephone number, email address or mail address will not be displayed.
Can I export my connections contact details? +
No. Users contact details are not displayed or exportable in the platform.
How do I remove my details from the platform? +
Removing your details will mean that you are unable to login or arrange networking opportunities through the platform. However, if you would like to be removed please send your details to hello@intelligenthealth.ai using the subject line “Remove from matchmaking” and we will be happy to remove your details.
